Three steps to a CRM that fits
- 01
Pick your industry and country
Choose one of six industries, or Other for a general setup. Your country sets the edition: tax, currency, wording and filing calendars.
- 02
The industry pack installs
Records, pipelines, stage rules, reminders, email and WhatsApp templates, documents, portal pages, a dashboard and optional sample data.
- 03
Make it yours
Rename or remove fields and stages, and build your own objects. Pack updates never overwrite what you changed.
Pick the one that fits your business
Each page shows what its pack installs.
Not on the list? Pick Other to start with a general pipeline, proposal and agreement templates, follow-up emails and partner and customer portals, then add your own objects.
What a pack puts in place
Anything that sends or acts arrives switched off or as a draft, so you review it before it runs.
- 01
Records
The objects your industry works with, such as units, trips, patients or service contracts, with their own fields and stages.
- 02
Pipelines
Lead, deal and account stages in your industry's words. Some packs add more pipelines, such as Rentals or an IVF cycle.
- 03
Stage rules
Checks that stop a record moving on too early, such as a trip marked Travelling while a balance is unpaid.
- 04
Reminders and client messages
Scheduled reminders for your team and messages to clients by email or WhatsApp. They install switched off.
- 05
Document templates
Quotes, agreements, letters and slips that fill in from the record, ready to print or send for signature.
- 06
Portal pages
What clients and partners see when they sign in, named the way your industry names things.
- 07
Dashboard and reports
An overview dashboard with your industry's own reports pinned to it.
- 08
AI agents
Agents such as Lead Briefing or Follow-up Planner, created as drafts for you to switch on.
- 09
Sample data
Example records with names, places and amounts for your region, so you can try things before you import.
One pack, four editions
Your organization's country decides what the pack installs. Records keep the same structure everywhere.
India
GST with CGST, SGST and IGST, filing calendars for GST, TDS and ROC, BHK and RERA fields, and a Tally export.
United States
State sales tax, filing calendars for Forms 1040, 1120, 941 and 1099, bedrooms and US listing sources, and a QuickBooks Online export.
United Kingdom
VAT, filing calendars for VAT returns, CT600, confirmation statements and PAYE, yearly KYC reviews, and a Xero export.
European Union
VAT with reverse charge between EU countries, VAT and annual accounts calendars, yearly KYC reviews, and a Xero or CSV export.
In India, the UK and the EU, client reminders go out on WhatsApp first and fall back to email.
Questions about industry packs

Yes. Organizations in the US, the UK and the EU get packs without India-only fields, with their own tax rates, filing calendars, wording and accounting export.
