Program
The Worxley Founding Partner Program is a limited product-partnership program offered by Acadyn Labs LLP for selected businesses.
Selected Founding Partners receive 90 days of Worxley at no cost, subject to the program terms and applicable Worxley Terms of Service.
Selection
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Worxley may review applications and select businesses based on suitability for the program, expected product usage, and ability to provide meaningful feedback.
What Founding Partners Receive
Selected Founding Partners receive:
- 90 days of Worxley at no cost
- Guided online onboarding and CRM setup
- Online support from the Worxley team
- Access to applicable AI-powered CRM capabilities
- Opportunity to provide product feedback
- Opportunity to influence selected product roadmap priorities
- 20% off standard Worxley pricing for 12 months after the 90-day program, if they choose to continue
Founding Partner Responsibilities
Founding Partners agree to:
- Use Worxley in their real business workflow
- Provide honest and constructive feedback
- Participate in reasonable product-feedback sessions
- Report bugs or important product issues
Online Support
Onboarding, training, support, and communication are provided remotely through available online channels. Onsite or in-person implementation and support are not included unless separately agreed in writing.
After the 90-Day Program
There is no obligation to continue using Worxley after the 90-day program.
If a Founding Partner chooses to continue, the partner will receive 20% off standard public pricing for 12 months following the completion of the 90-day program.
Product Changes
Worxley is continuously evolving. Features, functionality, AI capabilities, and product roadmap priorities may change during the program. Participation does not guarantee that any specific feature or requested improvement will be developed or released.
Data & Privacy
Use of Worxley remains subject to the Worxley Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Founding Partners are responsible for ensuring that information they provide to Worxley is handled lawfully and that they have the necessary rights to use such information.
Program Changes or Termination
Worxley may modify, suspend, or terminate the program where reasonably necessary, including in cases of misuse, security concerns, violation of applicable terms, or operational requirements.

By applying to the Worxley Founding Partner Program, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have read and agree to these Founding Partner Program Terms & Conditions, the Worxley Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
