Voice dictation, a redesigned sidebar and list pages, and a new Support inbox.

Click the microphone on the Home page and speak. Your words appear in the message box, so you can review or edit them and then send. Nothing is sent automatically.

Worxley AI can now reply with option cards and buttons. One click can create or reschedule a follow-up, add a note, update a lead's status, or move a deal to a new stage.

Support now has three panes. Pick a view on the left (All tickets, My tickets, Unassigned, or a status with its count), choose a ticket from the list, and read the conversation on the right with status, priority and assignee beside it.

Search leads, accounts, deals and contacts from the sidebar, or jump straight to creating a new lead, deal, account, task or event.

Pages are now grouped into collapsible sections: Sales, Marketing, Activities, Insights & Data, and System & Platform. Collapse the sidebar to a slim icon bar, and find your profile, status, theme, settings and sign out in one menu at the bottom.

Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Deals, Tasks, Calls, Catalog, Campaigns and other list pages now have a single toolbar with search, filters and sort above a full-width table with one row per record. Rows load as you scroll, and emails and phone numbers are clickable.

The portal sidebar now matches the main app, with grouped sections, a collapsible menu and a theme switch. Form fields use the same sizes, and portals follow your browser's light or dark setting by default.

Switching between light and dark now changes the whole screen at once, without flickering.

The Retry Connection button on the Failed to Load Page screen now shows its icon correctly.
