Automations for deals, tickets and custom records, plus email conversations.
Automations can now work with deals, support tickets, events and custom records instead of only leads, and can wait for a person's approval before continuing. Lead and account pages also show email replies alongside the emails you sent.
More automation actions
AUTOMATIONSAutomations can now create deals, move a deal to a new stage, open support tickets, schedule events, and add custom object records, in addition to messaging and updating leads.
More automation triggers
AUTOMATIONSStart an automation when a deal changes stage, is won or lost, when a support ticket is created, or when a custom object record is added.
Branching and connections to other tools
AUTOMATIONSSplit an automation into several paths with Switch, save a value for later steps with Set, and connect to any other tool with the HTTP Request step.
Approval step
AUTOMATIONSPause an automation until a team member approves or rejects it. If no one responds in time, it is rejected.
Email conversations
EMAILThe Email tab on every lead and account now shows the emails you sent and the replies you received together, in order, as one conversation.
Automatic retries
AUTOMATIONSHTTP Request and webhook steps can retry when they fail, so a short outage in another tool no longer stops an automation.
More reliable automations
AUTOMATIONSSteps that take too long are now stopped instead of holding up the run, and a retried step no longer creates duplicate deals, tickets or events.
Emails from the assigned rep
EMAILCampaign emails and automated follow-ups can now send from the assigned rep's connected Gmail account, so messages come from a person your contact already knows.
Your own email server
EMAILOrganizations that use their own email server now send campaigns, automations and scheduled reports through it, as set in Settings.
