Follow-up that happens, and stops at the right moment

The benefit is not more email. It is every lead getting its next step on time, the same way, from every rep.

Wait for an open, a click or a reply, then branch. Warm leads get a call, quiet ones get another email.

A person stays in control

Steps that need judgement wait in a review queue. A rep reads the email, edits it, and approves it.

Works with workflows and agents

Sequences are one part of Worxley. They start from workflows, run beside agents, and react to what people do.

Workflows start and steer them

A workflow can add a record to a sequence, pause it, or take it out. It can also start from what happened: a reply, a click, a bounced email, or the sequence finishing.

Agents work the same lead

A new lead can start an agent and join a sequence together. The agent summarises the lead for the owner while the sequence follows up. Worxley AI can also fill the personal touch and read the replies.

And more

Easy to set up, easy to rely on

Start with one sequence for new leads, pilot it with a small group, then widen it once you are happy.

Add people by rule

Matching leads and accounts join the right sequence automatically, so nobody has to remember.

A weekly limit per person

Set how many emails one person can get in a week. Extra emails are held back, never dropped.

See what is working

Open, click and reply rates for each sequence, and every published edit kept as a version.

FAQ

Questions teams like yours ask

Every lead in a sequence gets its next step on time, the whole team follows one standard, reps spend less time on routine follow-up, and you can see open, click and reply rates for every sequence.

A sequence is a planned run of follow-up: emails, waits, tasks and branches that Worxley carries out for each lead or customer you add to it.

Start with one sequence for new leads. Prepare the email templates, build the steps, set your send hours and weekly limit, add a rule that adds new leads automatically, then pilot it with a small group before you widen it.

An admin or manager builds the sequence and its rules. Reps then review the emails that need a person and handle the tasks the sequence creates for them.

As soon as the person replies, unsubscribes, their email bounces back, or they report it as spam, they leave the sequence. Those four exits are always on.

Yes. A manual email step waits in the review queue until a rep approves it. You can preview what each person would receive.

Yes. Set the days, the hours and the timezone mode in the sequence's send window, and add holidays to skip.

Use the per-person limit. It controls how many emails one person receives, even when they are in more than one sequence.

Yes. A rule can add matching records to a sequence as soon as they qualify.
