Usage limits, version history and sandboxes, role hierarchy, and field history.

Configuration → System → Usage & limits shows what your plan allows for custom objects, fields, records, API calls and file storage, how much of each you use, and a breakdown by custom object. If an action would go over a limit, you see a message naming the limit.

Every change to a custom object, whether made by an admin or by an industry pack update, is saved as a version. Compare any two versions and roll back to an earlier one. Fields removed by a rollback are hidden, and their data is kept.

Create a sandbox in Configuration → Organization → Sandbox. It copies your setup without records, personal data or credentials. Try changes there, review the differences, and promote the objects you choose back to production.

A History tab on leads, deals, accounts and custom records, and in contact details, shows who changed each field and when, grouped by day. Sensitive values are masked, and you only see fields your role can view.

In Configuration → System → Roles & Permissions, set who each role reports to and see your roles as a tree. Managers can see and work on records owned by anyone below them in lists, boards, search, reports and tasks.

Worxley now fetches daily reference exchange rates from the European Central Bank and keeps their history. Tourism supplier vouchers and flights fill in the rate for their own date, and records show the rate that was used.

Configuration → Organization → Modules has a switch for Projects. Your industry pack sets the starting point: on for Digital Marketing, IT Services, Professional Services and Other, and off for Real Estate, Healthcare and Tourism. Pack updates never change a choice you made.
