Your currency and tax, accounting exports, and new industry pipelines.

Deals, accounts, forecasting, reports, invoices, emails and the customer and partner portals now show amounts in your organization's currency and number format, instead of a fixed default. Currency pickers list every supported currency.

Turn on tax in Configuration → Accounts → Tax and start from your country's preset: GST in India (CGST and SGST within a state, IGST across states), VAT in the UK and EU with reverse charge for EU business customers, or US sales tax in the states where you collect it. Add a tax ID or exemption to each customer, and invoices show the tax lines, tax numbers and place of supply.

Use Export to accounting on Analytics → Revenue to create files for Xero, QuickBooks or any accounting software as CSV, or Tally XML for organizations in India. Formats are listed in the order your region uses, and each export can include only what has not been exported yet.

In Configuration → Marketplace → API & Webhooks, create API keys with scopes and add webhook endpoints that tell your other systems when a lead, deal or record changes. Test and rotate endpoints, and retry deliveries from the log.

Real Estate adds Rentals (Lettings in the UK) and Resale pipelines next to Sales, and Healthcare adds IVF cycle and Orthodontics next to General. A new deal follows the lead's purpose or department, so a rental enquiry starts in Rentals.

Manage listings for sale or rent, viewings, offers, tenancies and monthly rent invoices. An accepted offer marks the listing Under offer, and owners can see their properties, tenancy, rent and viewings in the portal.

Reminder rules can now message the client by email, WhatsApp or both. Industry packs include WhatsApp templates you can preview and submit to Meta for approval; until a template is approved, the reminder goes by email.

Customer and partner portal sign-in emails now include a one-click link next to the 6-digit code. The link works once and expires after 10 minutes.

Choose which custom object fields can be searched with the Show in search switch, and find custom records from global search.

Industry packs now come in editions for India, the US, the UK and the EU, so sample data, templates and wording match your market, and Professional Services includes each region's filing deadlines. Each pack also installs its own dashboard of report widgets.

The Deals board loads each column a page at a time with Load more, and column totals stay correct as you move cards.

Saving a portal in Configuration → Organization → Portals no longer removes a page's booking, withdraw and create options, and pages that lost them get them back on the next pack update.
