Give leads, deals, accounts and custom objects several types, each with its own pipeline, choices, required fields, layout and the roles that can create it. People pick the type when they create a record, and lists can filter by it.

Arrange record pages, create forms and list columns by dragging fields into sections and tabs, show a section only when another field has a certain value, and preview the page as any role. Layouts can differ by pipeline or record type, and you can reset to your industry pack's layout at any time.

The new Public API covers every object, including industry pack and custom objects, with upsert by external ID, bulk writes of up to 100 records, field history, stage moves and an OpenAPI file for your organization.
