Send a proposal, contract or project item through a chain of approvers on the client's side. Each person approves in turn in the client portal, every decision is logged with who made it and when, and workflows can start when a chain is completed or rejected.

Send a proposal from the account, revise it and send it again, and record the client's decision when they answer by phone or email instead of in the portal.

Move accounts, contacts, leads, deals, products, tasks, notes, meetings and custom-object records into Worxley from CSV and Excel exports. A step-by-step wizard matches your columns, checks every row before anything is loaded, and links the records to each other.

AI assistants connected to Worxley over MCP, such as Claude and ChatGPT, need their own permission, unticked by default, before they send emails or WhatsApp messages, add people to sequences, start calls, send portal invites or contracts, or reply to a customer on a ticket. Anything that contacts a customer comes back as a preview first.

Opening a record shows its name as the title, a compact list of its fields in sections, when it was last updated, and folds empty fields away until you want them.

Headers show where you are as Parent › Title with the page's icon first, and each page switches its views from a menu in the header.
