Sales, Marketing and Customer Management each get a focused sidebar, and admins can build their own in Configuration → Organization → Workspaces and pin shared saved views to them. Switch from the account menu or press G and a number. Workspaces change what people see, never what they can open.

Star leads, deals, accounts, records, saved views, dashboards and Copilot conversations. The first five appear in the sidebar, and the Favorites page lists them all.

Start a timer from any record or fill in a weekly timesheet. Managers approve or reject weeks and lock periods, approved billable time is billed to the client from the record's Time tab, and Time reports show utilisation, unbilled work and realisation. Rates come from a rate card in Configuration → Time.

Proposals and contracts are numbered, use your currency, and can expire with automatic follow-up reminders. Clients accept or decline in the portal and can give a reason, an accepted proposal becomes a contract, and a new list and search find any of them by number, title or account.

Set up document types and checklists in Configuration → Documents. Each record's Documents tab shows what is collected, missing or expiring, clients can upload in the customer portal, and stage gates ask for missing documents before a record moves on.

Choose your privacy regime (GDPR, UK GDPR, India's DPDP Act or CCPA/CPRA), set your consent purposes, and record or withdraw consent on a lead's or account's Consent tab. Log data-subject requests with their legal deadline, verify the requester, then export or erase the data.

Worxley AI transcribes, summarises and translates recorded calls, including Indian languages, scores them against your scorecard and coaches reps. It suggests next steps and record updates, drafts a follow-up, and the Call Insights dashboard shows trends across the team.

Tickets follow their account's SLA with business hours and holidays, the clock pauses while you wait on the customer, and the queue flags tickets that are at risk or breached.

Highlights include payment plans and home loans in Real Estate, claims and pre-authorisations in Healthcare, visas and group departures in Tourism, conflict checks and engagement letters in Professional Services, SLA credits and recurring revenue in IT Services, and retainers billed from time in Digital Marketing.

Import up to 1,000 records at a time into any custom object from a CSV, starting from a downloadable template. Each row is checked like a record created by hand, and rows that fail are listed with the reason.

Record pages have a grouped tab menu and a cleaner header with actions under ⋯, and each linked custom object gets its own tab you can edit in place. Click any teammate's name to open their profile card.
