Using Worxley AI day to day
AI is most useful when it does the small jobs you'd otherwise skip — and asks before it does anything that matters. Here's how to use Copilot and AI agents in everyday work, with you in control.

Why AI belongs inside the CRM
Most of the time an AI tool saves is lost copying data in and out of it. Inside the CRM, it already knows your leads, deals, accounts and invoices — and it can only see what you're allowed to see. That makes the everyday questions ("which deals are slipping?", "what did we last tell this client?") fast to answer, and the routine work safe to hand off with review built in.
From your first question to your first agent
Start with Copilot, then hand a routine job to an agent once you trust the answers.
Ask Copilot a question
Open Home and type into Ask Worxley. Ask about your leads, deals, accounts, invoices, forecasts or tasks, and the answers come back as cards you can open.
Step by step in the Help CenterLet it make changes — with your OK
Copilot can create records, add notes and set follow-ups for you. Anything that matters — sending an email or WhatsApp message, deleting, bulk changes, issuing an invoice — shows a Confirm this action card first.
Step by step in the Help CenterUse AI where you already work
On records you'll find lead briefings, deal and account summaries, Help me write for emails, and Draft with AI — no prompt needed.
Pick a routine job for an agent
In Configuration → Worxley AI → Agents (in beta), start from a template such as Lead Briefing, Deal Risk Monitor, Customer Health Check or Follow-up Planner, and choose what starts it: a new lead, a stage change, an overdue invoice or a schedule.
Step by step in the Help CenterChoose its access and try it
Set whether the agent may only look things up, must ask you before doing anything, or may act on its own. Try it on a real record first — nothing is changed.
Step by step in the Help CenterReview what it did
Actions that need your approval wait under Needs you, and every run is recorded step by step, so you can see exactly what the agent did and why.

Where teams go wrong with AI
The tools are easy to start with. These are the habits that make them stick.
Full autopilot on day one
Start agents on look-up only or ask-first, and give more freedom once you've seen a few weeks of good runs.
Nobody reviewing the queue
Approvals that wait under Needs you are only useful if someone checks them. Make it part of someone's day.
Vague questions
"How are we doing?" gets a vague answer. "Which deals over 30 days old haven't had a call this week?" gets a list you can work.
Not watching usage
AI uses a monthly pool of credits shared by the whole organization. Check usage early so the agents you rely on don't run short.
Your rollout checklist
Settle these before you turn AI on for the whole team.
What Worxley gives you for this
Worxley AI is built into the CRM — no separate account, no copying data — and it works within the same permissions as the person using it.

- Ask questions about your data and make changes in plain language, from Home.
- AI agents
- Routine jobs started by events or schedules, with the access level you choose.
- Confirmation before anything important
- Sending, deleting, bulk changes and invoices always ask first.
- Your own AI tools, too
- The MCP connector lets Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client work with your Worxley data.
FAQ
No. Copilot acts as you, with your permissions — it sees and changes only what your role allows.
Copilot always asks before sending an email or WhatsApp message, deleting, making bulk changes or issuing an invoice. An agent does what its access level allows, and you choose that level.
Your organization has one monthly pool of AI credits, and you can see usage in Worxley AI → Overview. If the pool runs out, agents skip their run or hand the work to a person.
Yes. Connect them through the MCP connector in Configuration → Marketplace. It can read your data and make everyday changes, but not destructive or bulk actions.
